HAPPY ending

There was plenty of sunshine when my father and I left home in the early hours of a freezing day in January many years ago.


Suddenly clouds appeared and the weather changed, it was snowing heavily, so we couldn't believe that in fact we were in the middle of the biggest snow storm of our lives.

Thank God we had taken some food with us, actually my grandmother had given us some sandwiches and biscuits, just in case something happened.

To our relief, we had blankets too.I think that the most worrying thing about our 'adventure' was that many cars were blocking the roads because the surface was extremely slippery so we didn't know for how long we'd have to be away, perhaps the whole night!
As we were half way through our journey, the storm stopped and some sun reached our faces.

Finally we got to Barcelona and I could attend my exam for the Royal Academy of Dancing.
I felt exhausted but my PASSION for dancing was stronger so I was able to cope with the examination and I felt really proud of myself.


Well, my destiny was to survive and pass my dancing exam and hopefully there will be others in the future.
